Here’s an article from todays UT. Some zips are still holding up well, so I guess it depends on location. My wife and I looked at a house in SB this weekend – very run down with significant highway noise – asking 1.1M. I thought the listing agent was crazy to set that price – but perhaps the market will prove him sane.
