I agree with the previous comments and want to add that the diswasher looks pretty old and shabby. They also might want to invest in door handles on the cabinets which make things look more pulled together.

hawkParticipantI work for the City and just wanted to tell everyone not to hold their breath on the nobel coaster station. I am fully in support of it as is my boss but SANDAG and especially NCTD do not want to do it. They do not think they will have the ridership and there is additional cost in building the station due to some extensive sloping.
There will be a “superloop” bus rapid transit circulator coming online and we are still hoping for Nobel but if it happens at all I think its going to be several years. Midcoast trolley is also not looking too good.
Feel free to contact NCTD, SANDAG and local officials if you want to see the site built!
hawkParticipantGood point temecula guy. But I have to admit that these type of sob stories make me mad as well. Who the hell thinks that they deserve to live in a 567k home on 90k a year with “so-so” credit and two car loans!!!???
My husband and I make a decent amount more than that, no debt except $250/ month student loan payment, good credit, and would not think of getting a loan more than 400k.
I just get sick and tired of hearing these stories that seem to implicate that we should feel bad for these people and someone should bail them out, ugh!
Anyways, sorry for the rant. I am an infrequent poster, consistent lurker.

hawkParticipantI was at 3 different open houses in the 92024 two weekends ago and spent a significant amount of time at each and I was the only one there and the only one that had shown up at all at a 669k house in village park the entire day (this was at 3:40 pm)
Things in general seem to be coming down in my opinion, and there are not a many prospectives out there looking at open houses.
