Looked at this house. Heard from realtor showing it that a group of investors purchased it, fixed it up a bit (still needed A LOT of work) and put on market. Was listed at 485k, sold at 525k, buyer paid too much in my opinion. Surrounding houses are listed in the 500’s and in better condition. Will buy in 92024 when prices come down more.

hawkParticipantI would add that you can always get on the restaurants email list and then send you great deals. I have received Morton’s dinner for two, steak, seafood, sides and appetizer for $99.
Also, we did restaurant week at Ruth Chris last year and it was a great deal as well.

Came across this site about two years ago after looking one time with an agent and realizing that prices could not be sustainable when we could only afford a 1970’s condo in our target area.
Now we can afford (comfortably)a 1970’s sfr. Hopefully when we buy in 1-2 years that house will be a little nicer and newer!
