My wife and I went into the sales office and talked to the representative. The representative said that an investor had bought 12 houses in the development and then tried to rent them. No success. The investor had to walk away and now there are about 30 houses within six or seven blocks of homes (about 30% of the houses) that have brown lawns – some with For Sale signs and some without.

HarryBoschParticipantLA, I’m thinking about trying to sell it to some/any magazines for a cover pic. I went back and have a higher resolution picture that I’d like to sell. So I’m going to hang on to the address for a while. Unless you or anyone else can offer advice on how to sell this.
