No success. The investor had to walk away and now there are about 30 houses within six or seven blocks of homes (about 30% of the houses) that have brown lawns – some with For Sale signs and some without.

ParticipantLA, I’m thinking about trying to sell it to some/any magazines for a cover pic. I went back and have a higher resolution picture that I’d like to sell. So I’m going to hang on to the address for a while. Unless you or anyone else can offer advice on how to sell this.
