ParticipantIf I took a survey of commonly used listing phrases in the past 7 years, “priced out forever” would probably rank right up at the top. I think everyone on this boards knows better.

ParticipantOne variable to look at would be the bulk REO packages that are going around for sale. This would give you an idea of what banks are losing up front. Many of these guys just don’t have the back end support to liquidate the asset so they move it in bulk. Another variable would be the loss mitigation guidelines for individual lenders (countrywide, etc.). This would give you an idea of where and what they are willing to give up as a loss.
Of course, these are only two variables of many. But it would be a good starting point that you could use to adjust *median* prices by. If you are more specific about they area/price range you are looking at I’ll see what I can do about providing some data. I realize some of the information above may be difficult to get.

ParticipantLendingTree will always be around. Their lead generation platform is fairly diversified.
LendingTree Loans is having it’s share of problems. But they are still alive.

ParticipantNeither scenario has enough information.
You need complete employment information for the correct answer. Also, they have 10k from their savings account and then an additional 4k 401k? Or they are using their 401k as well? Why is the FICO 675? What else is on their bureau. What is their DTI?
There is a reason a COMPLETE 1003 is required. If you give partial information, you will get a partially correct answer.
