gracieParticipant
I have to agree with SD Realtor….I like the Camino Del Sur area. I like how the area is convenient to so many places.
Nice lots….nice homes….great schools….Westview High and a brand new elementary school are all in that area. I like the feel of it every time I am in that neighborhood of town.gracieParticipantThanks…..for the info. We have one account there…thought I might move more funds over to that account.

How safe is that bank?gracieParticipantI agree….I think one of the best areas with great schools is Rancho Penasquitos. Great location, homes with and without mello-roos…variety of different home prices.
Tons of kids…lots of families. Carmel Valley is great too…just more expensive.gracieParticipantI agree….I think one of the best areas with great schools is Rancho Penasquitos. Great location, homes with and without mello-roos…variety of different home prices.

I recall that there was huge issues with a enormous church/school/education center that was going to be built in that area. Not sure what happened with that.

gracieParticipantI have a few friends who live in that area….Apparently
the dry grass that you see is the landscape. They pay big bucks to gardeners and the HOA to have a natural Sante Fe like look. In the summer months…the hillside and ground cover does look very brown.
I am not sure about the trash….that doesn’t make sense at all. I know they pay and great deal in HOA fees…I believe it is over $400 a month.gracieParticipantI have a few friends who live in that area….Apparently

Not sure there is a big need for condos in that area either. -
