cabrillo is one of them as far as I know. Its lot size is about 6K+sqf, but those larger lots are close to a line of high tension electrical towers.
It is unfortunate that you can not feel its size due to the design.

Cabrillo at Del Sur borrows its name and heritage from San Diego’s historic landmark bridge located in Balboa Park. Families especially will find that Cabrillo offers them all the amenities, features and quality San Diego lifestyle they seek. The elegant and formal style is found in many stately early 20th century homes of San Diego’s Mission Hills and Banker Hill neighborhoods. Classic secondary styles of California Monterey and Spanish Colonial homes are artfully intermingled to create a pleasing balance and variety to the streetscape. There’s plenty of room for families to grow and simply enjoy life in one of Cabrillo’s three, two-story single-family models, planned to range in size from 2,420 to 3,022 square feet. Floorplans offer up to 5 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, plus attached, two-car garages with 10-foot storage spaces.
These elegant homes include: Granite slab kitchen countertops, rich stain grade cabinetry, state of the art Whirlpool appliances, structured Cat 5 and RG-6 wiring, air conditioning, tank-less water heaters, and front yard landscaping.

fromnjParticipantOut of curiosity
Does it cost you more if you build your own house or palace in RSF?
I am not rich and do not have $5M to spend, but I wonder why you are trying to buy if you can build it.
