This news was from May and CA was not really in bankruptcy but people knew CA was short of money at that time. Now, in July, this incentive was not mentioned at all. It will be same as the $15000 Fed credit news. US is in heavy debts. $8000 credit on 2009 and US gets less tax from us already. Do you think they will give us $15000 credit next year ? no way…. Obama wants healthcare plan settled by the end of this year, where can he get the money for this reform ?

Gianni got sold out recently. Maybeck still has about 10 new houses left in the current phase and the last phase. Chanteclair got sold out fast too. It seems not much choices left in 4S.
I also want to know who take over John Laing Homes’ land in 4S, some houses are half built there.

ParticipantThanks for the suggestions. I have allergy to animal fur so I couldn’t have dog. The security alarm system may be the primary thing I can do. The window decal and yard sign from ebay is pretty cool idea. I check the ADT , ProtectionOne and Brick websites. Their service plans are about $300-$500 but it doesn’t cover all windows and doors, only 2 door/windows contacts, one panel and a motion detector… how helpful of these services with only 2 contacts? Anyone asked them to install the services for all windows and doors ?
