ParticipantSD–Schools aren’t an issue b/c we’re doing private schools anyway. What area further South are you talking about? Cross-streets?

ParticipantIs it just me or is Bressi Ranch just a bit too precious? My kids love it because it looks like Disneyland. Whenever I drive through I keep expecting the Stepford wives to lurch out into the streets. We are having a tough time finding anything in Carlsbad that is nice but not so cookie cutter. Any ideas? Maybe in Encinitas?
