ParticipantI’m sure that the teenagers are all being dropped off by drug addict parents on a bender. I used to be a volunteer councilor to women at twin towers correctional facility in L.A. and every one of of the inmates had an average of five kids. I could never understand that. Most of the women in there were drug addicts– didn’t all of those kids cut in on their partying time?
p.s. love the kids in the bushes idea.
