That graph ends in 2001!!!! Please post an updated graph which shows how far we have come down already. Sure we have room to go but that graph tells a very incomplete story.
The graph ends at the top of the bubble in 2006. From there you just add on all of the case- shiller graphs that we’ve seen over the past couple of years on this blog showing the decline. And the decline is nothing if you compare it to the incline (in relation to the rest of the historical data on the graph).

ParticipantIf you want coastal for 1.6 mil you have to trade in the space. The farther East you go the more space generally speaking. Also, it’s very difficult to find non cookie cutter in S.D. county. I’m having the same problem. For coastal non cookie cutter I’ve been looking at Fire Mountain in Oceanside which is a nice little enclave. Also, old Carlsbad. The whole area by the coast on both sides of highway 78 has unique homes. If you want land and unique you have to look at Vista, Escondido, Poway, etc. all of the more inland stuff. Good luck!

Participant

OMG. LOL. How did you find this? Too funny. However, 30 minutes to get to body temperature. Foreplay should not take that long.
how long should it take?
Urban realtor has a special technique that he uses to extend foreplay. But it involves the use of duct tape.
