It’s only down 50% in the very worst areas. The nicer areas are only down ~15-25% and with all of the alt-a loans resetting next year, buying in the near future in those areas would be dumb.

From there you just add on all of the case- shiller graphs that we’ve seen over the past couple of years on this blog showing the decline. And the decline is nothing if you compare it to the incline (in relation to the rest of the historical data on the graph).
