ParticipantI’m sure there are many homes listed on the market for people who were just testing the market to see what they could sell their homes for, and if they don’t get the price they want (which they won’t), they will end up just staying put. So how is that accounted for in the inventory numbers?
I’m sure there are many homes NOT listed on the market for people who previously tried to sell and just gave up.
So, how is this accounted for in the inventory numbers ?Obviously these are not accounted for in the inventory numbers.
