I’m looking for a house in South Temecula under 250K, preferably with low mello-roos and a low or no HOA, in a decent neighborhood, with a decent kitchen, and either a pool or a lot large enough for a pool. The neighborhood doesn’t have to be pristine but I don’t want to be in a total white-trash neighborhood. I’d prefer a single story but I know I can’t be too picky. We don’t have kids but I’d like a decent school district in case I ever want to sell or rent the place. The size of the house actually doesn’t matter much since it’s just my wife and I; anything over 1200 sq ft would probably be fine.

ParticipantThanks for all of your helpful info, guys. I suspected some of the things mentioned above but wasn’t completely sure. I’d take Vail Ranch over French Valley or Murrieta any day though.
