But Bush did have the smarts to dodge Vietnam by entering the Guard, so he did have something going on upstairs.

All due respect, but starting from nowhere, getting through Harvard, and becoming a law professor at the University of Chicago takes a lot more brain power than getting a 25% on your pilot aptitude test.
