About a mile or so south is the LA Costa Ridge development.
PULTE,KB etc. I visited this weekend. No Mello ROOS. Prices are in the 800’s.
Bressi was overpriced with small lots. I remember visiting in Feb 2005 .It was raining that day and the people were lined up with deposit checks!! Wow
If I were a seller I would keep ot on the Mkt. Putting a listing in the spring will just add insult to injury.Drop the prices 25% and the buyers will be there .
I enjoyed getting info om the latest about the builders and prices in the various areas. Are the builders packing it in for the holidays too ? I noticed the Auction houses of Bressi Ranch are still there without a bite.

Isn’t the Mello roos ,HOA and the special add on to pay for a community house all adds up here. How do they figure the Mello ROOS? |Perhaps we should lobby for a Prop ##to remove MR.
