ParticipantThanks. Yeah kicking myself for locking in mid June. Haven’t closely monitored, but I believe the rates have come down since then. Your note about 3.75 caught my attention, and am curious about the APR/closing cost for this specific rate. The refi is scheduled to close in late August, and the closing cost is ~ $300. Trying to figure out if the number’s are attractive enough to reconsider my ongoing refi.

ParticipantThanks for the suggestions. In the past I used scored reports and was not too happy with the details. Also during the process learnt that the applicants were not completely honest.
Now that I am back for a do-over, I looked into Sdcaa (thanks!) and aoausa. Currently comparing the different services offered and hope to use one of them for screening the applicants.
