Does everyone you know have 300K in gold bars and none on Wall St? With the stock market at one point down nearly 20%, that had no affect on anyone on the gold coast? Jumbo rates at 8%, stock market down 20% and yet prices go up on the coast. No wonder Josh is fumbling, he still doesn’t get that the coast is gold and the rest is not.
