MOT in SD comprise of both settop box division that they’ll spin off and the mobile devices that will stay as the new MOT.
Well, there has been a change of plan. Mr. Jha’s company will now have both mobile devices (small presence in SD) and set-top box operations (largely SD based).

Participant
I’m not saying you’re dumb, so please don’t be offended. You are clearly, however, not fairly educated.
Actually, I am well aware that I am dumb. You might even be more educated and smarter than me.There is no shame in saying that.
But I am pretty sure that O’donnell is like 100 times dumber than me and clearly not fit to be the senator of this country.
My argument: if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck – it is a duck.
Your argument: if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck – it must be a dinosaur because somehow life can’t be so simple.

The rumor I heard is they already signed a lease for those Nokia building. They want to be close to QCOM. SD will be where they run the product teams. Sunnyvale is where they’re currently running their feature teams. So, they’re basically concentrating in CA.
If true, that is a rare piece of good news for the San Diego tech industry in a long time. Any idea if this actually means that people move here from elsewhere + new hires ? Or are they just moving folks that they currently have around Sorrento Valley to Scripps Ranch?

Hi enron who did you go with if I amy ask?
Based on recommendation of my coworkers I used amerisave.com
They have very good rates but they are not a good idea for everyone because,
(a) you need high credit score and good equity for a good rate
(b) You pay upfront for credit report (~30) and appraisal (~350) but your deal is not final and locked until those two items are complete. If your estimates were too far from reality then your deal can change. It worked out OK for me, but in hindsight you can get more or less the same deal (maybe 0.125% higher) from a good mortgage broker with far less uncertainties and (probably) better service.
