ParticipantI was on vacation and just saw it today. I wonder if they would the the cash or financing+20k?

ParticipantWow 399k? 440k was only my guess. If the interior is nice I would have paid that much.
I wonder why the bank doesn’t wait for more offers? They could have gotten 30-40k more.
