EchooooParticipantWe looked into the serenity homes. IMO, this specific home doesn’t sell for reasons. In general, if you compare to earlier-built houses in Stonebridge, the material is cheap and the builder does cut corners in many ways. I remember someone mentioned the narrow staircase, it is very true! This particular house has two garages. They claim you can park four cars, but how possible do you stack the cars in and out. It is just not the right design for a estate house! Another thing is lack of breakfast/eating area. To me it is a major issue.
