ParticipantInteresting. A family trust is in the works, but a LLC sounds interesting. How does it work as a CA resident, with a CA w2? The corporate vail would be pretty easy to break if things hit the fan with a Nevada Corp. How does a Delaware Corp differ?

ParticipantExplain index and margin in plain people terms and it will probably rattle my memory. I’ll have to pull out the loan docs and look it up otherwise.
