I drive from La Jolla to PQ after work from 5 to 6 and the traffic appears to get worse these days. I use N5 and E56. Nothing’s changed unfortunately.

I bought an REO property back in February and it took exactly 2 months to close with constant pushing. That is how fast the bank processed this kind of properties. It is not related to loan processing.
