Participant
Under the Republicans, the use of filibusters has grown exponentially. It’s a block-and-blame game for them. They’d better watch out because what goes around comes around.
The conservatives like to attack first; then they are surprised when there’s retaliation.

LOL, you site the Huffington Post and NPR as if it is objective writing.
You seem to be mistaking conservatives with wanting to hold onto the past. Conservatism is about limiting the amount of government in our lives..period. Our country was founded and thrived on this ideology. We wanted to escape the clutches of the monarchy and serfdom. When we established our own country with limited government we thrived and advanced mankind from tyrannical times that ruled for centuries. These advancements came in the ways of medicine, technology, etc. Prior to America what advancements were there? It isn’t a coincidence that this 5000 year leap happened when America was formed. You speak of progression through your progressive movement lead by politicians and government. It is backwards thinking. Just because it is now trendy for democrats to calls themselves progressives instead of liberals doesn’t mean you are going to get a different product. The bottom line we need republicans and dems out of our lives so we can continue to have true progression. You are married to one party and it is blinding you.

ParticipantBig Sonic Chill is the only reason to listen to the station unless they have a ku de ta (sp?). It is the same 90’s grunge songs with a few new songs thrown in once and a while. Temple of the dog and Nirvana were great in their time…but let them die already. They most have the same 20-30 songs on rotation.

Participant
Currencies should be issued by nations only, and in fact that’s what our constitution says.
Funny thing is they talk about Lincoln’s greenbacks and how they worked very well in the documentary. It was driving the central bankers nuts. Their biggest fear is a currency created by government.
