By clarifing people who appose your view point as:
bashing, negative, opinionated viewpoints. You must be a victim.

Quit playing the victim.June 26, 2007 at 1:19 PM in reply to: Countrywide Financial, other lenders in a conspiracy to acquire California #62262Diego DonParticipantIntresting view. I kind of think these big players. Might not be as smart as we would like to believe. Especialy when greed is involved.

Diego DonParticipantTwo reasons I don’t want to relocate Bob
I like living here.
I like leaving my windows open all year around.
Just 2 of many.Edited to add this:
Hope that didn’t come across as rude. But I am wondering if you are new to the forum? If so welcome. And wondered do you live in southern California?I am fine renting. Would like to own, but renting isn’t that bad. After confronting all my bitter issues. π
I’m to lazy to protest. I’ll just wait.

Diego DonParticipantNice to see mass media spoon feeding the sheeple news they can use. Instead of the medium price fraud.
I liked then link from that page fastest and slowest growing home markets:
http://money.cnn.com/galleries/2007/real_estate/0704/gallery.fastest_and_slowest_growers/
It gives the five fastest first. El Paseo, McAllen, Texas, Tulsa, Scranton (the electic city)and Rochester, New York. Yep sure looks like a bunch of desireable areas for Southern Californians to move to.I was going to use quotation marks in the last sentence, to show my sarcasm. But instead sent them to http://www.QuotationRelief.org
Their slogan is, if everybody helps a little, it helps more better. The slowest growing are the usual suspects.
We couldn’t control this, but it is fun to watch. Especialy from the sidelines.

“A lease to own is a suckers bet. They can’t sell so they dump it on anyone. Don’t be stupid.”
Real news you can use, left out by our fearless media.

although the revisonist history of the 1991 bubble burst doesn’t show it, the market did in fact implode for the most part.I don’t buy that “long and slow” has been reasoned out here yet?”
Interesting, I wasn’t paying attention to real estate at that time. My impression was a slow esculator ride down. But it was peaks and valleys? Or falling off peaks then valleys, then falling, valley, falling. Or falling, dead cat bounce, falling, dead cat bounce.
Ya, I’m on the sidelines watching. Would be nice to see a chart of the last housing decline. So I could know what to expect. Would be nice too if I quit spending so much time reading Piggington’s because I don’t think I will be buying for a long time (happy/bitter renter/investor) ;). But I can’t stop reading Piggington’s.
