As far as lot size not controlling one’s neighbors, one only needs to drive around certain areas of Escondido to know that’s true. There are some streets that look like ancient burial grounds for rusted out Whirpools and miscellaneous auto parts. I think that’s why god created HOAs.

I think you should find a nice girl to help you paint, garden and decorate your future digs. You could always use a hose to spray your 4000 sf lot with green-colored paint. The ultimate xeriscaping….
