February 6, 2012 at 5:58 PM in reply to: OT: To Piggs who want to live super CHEAP, here’s your chance! #737451desmondParticipantI once stayed at the North Shore Motel about 25 years ago during a dove hunting trip. When we were checking in the lady at the counter told us we should not sleep in the beds under the covers using the sheets. During the night the room next door had a huge domestic fight, I was shocked nobody called the cops………….
February 1, 2012 at 5:21 PM in reply to: Redfin shows San Diego Inventory at 31% below the two year low… WHY? #737193desmondParticipantAll excellent and well thought out reasons, nobody mentioned that with such low listing and lower selling prices many cannot even afford to sell their homes, and many are probably waiting for “better prices”, just a thought. I would imagine when prices “heat up” inventory will adjust.

desmondParticipantI am all for developement by private enterprise.
desmondParticipantSounds like what Greece thought when they held the Olympics in 2004.
desmondParticipantI thought I was going to see some guy tearing thru a wall with a sledghammer.
