Haha, when I said to educate kids, I didn’t mean stuff like that. I meant educate to send them to college so they can become engineers/doctors/etc etc. I don’t know about your kids education level but just wanted to clarify.
And no I won’t sign the petition. It seems like a logical idea but to me it’s not.
Haha….
I did get yer drift. Just went on a tangent.
I have a kid in college right now and if it weren’t in the medical field I would really be worrying about his job prospects when he gets out. (still do)
Not to pry (yeah, right), but why the adversity to the Jeff Bridges dump Hyundai cause? What can it hurt to sign on ?
because i don’t want to? hope that’s ok with ya.
mainly because it will only bring unintended negative effect. somehow, somehow your idea takes off and hyundai sales goes off cliff and than retreats to Korea. what than?
What will you do about the ‘no to US products’ that’s sure to follow in korea? What if korean airlines buys all their planes from airbus and not boeing because they are unhappy about how you treated Hyundai?
The best and only option is to demand better products from BIG 2. You should start a web site gmgiveusreliablecars.com.

I think your passion would be better served in educating YOUR kids (not being sarcastic here) and demanding from the govt that they provide adequate funding for education.
dbapig: All good stuff.
My kids are aware of my “Jeff Bridges please dump Hyundai” cause. One supports me, one respectfully disagrees and the third could give a shite about it.
I have never, by any means, been known for my “ultra-patriotism” in my circle of friends and family. This is a new-found passion for me that I won’t get into.
As a typical American ( π tongue in cheek), I am looking for instant gratification.
I think my idea has the biggest potential for quick results ( assuming it got Jeff Bridge’s attention ).
If Jeff Bridges, tomorrow, had a change of heart concerning his Hyundai endorsement, I feel there would be an immediate, concrete and positive reaction by a fairly large number of people.
If I am winning you over in any way, go here:
http://nicko62.websitetoolbox.com/post?id=3268355
and sign on.
What can it hurt ? So little time…so much potential.
Respectfully ask Jeff Bridges to renounce the Hyundai ad campaign and throw support to the new underdog.
America.
…. And most importantly, paddyoh needs the webhits.
Oh just admit it….
I’m not giving my clicks to a cause I know to be wrong.

I don’t think you really got the point some how.
When I said to educate kids, I didn’t mean stuff like that. I meant educate to send them to college so they can become engineers/doctors/etc etc. I don’t know about your kids education level but just wanted to clarify.
And no I won’t sign the petition. It seems like a logical idea but to me it’s not.
