Owners of that house are former realtors. David Meunier, age 50, license# 01330998 (issued 02/26/02, expired 02/25/06), and Isabel Meunier, age 43, license# 01303201 (issued 01/24/01, expired 01/23/09). Neither one is employed as a real estate agent at the present time.
So they got their license at the beginning of the boom and gave it up as the bust came. I wonder if they diversified their earnings into other investment or all into RE… Seeing that the house is on the market, I’m leaning towards them putting all their eggs in one basket, RE…

Participant
50 cents on the dollar sounds great. I’d love to pick this one(http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-090028940-12848_Harwick_Ln_San_Diego_CA_92130) up for 50 cents on the dollar.
That’s awesome. Looks like it was sold on 12/31/1990 for $495,000
If we go back to 1990’s pricing it’s possible.
2 questions
What do you do to make enough $$ to live like that?
And it boggles my mind that people who make $ to live like that still think they don’t have enough… (aka wall street)
both rhetorical questions…

It’s one thing for the British to criticize their National Health Service, quite another for Yanks to malign it. A backlash against U.S. criticism has erupted in the blogosphere, on Twitter.”dbapig
