    In my experience, I’ve been there twice this year with guests and I have seen people filling the bucket up and then carrying a full stack of strawberry bushes in their hands as well. Those are people that were stopped, but the guy there did offer them to eat all of those on property if they didn’t wish to be charged extra. The guy told me that as long as you don’t have to use your hands to keep strawberries inside the bucket, you are fine.

    So what’s the effect of this on the recent buyers of Silhouette? Does a builder in bankruptcy honor the 1 year warranty requests from existing homeowners?

    Does it mean that in today’s environment its not really wise to buy from builders since you never know which one is going to file for bankruptcy & when? Anyone with experience on this …

    The Plan 3 model home for Silhouette just got listed for sale at 750-850k. Does that mean they are closing down the project? Last I heard, there were 3 more phases left to be built in Silhouette.
