ParticipantI agree with awombadavis. My brother has owned a house by the Catamaran for many years. There is a very strong community in that neighborhood who often rally for various causes – the latest was the threat to turn one of the homes nearby into a mini-dorm. The locals made such a stink that the kids who bought the property with that intention sold it to someone ASAP.
I agree about Garnet though – far too many bars on one street. Of course, that was OK when I was in college.
