ParticipantI noticed that 5915 Madra, a “corporate owned” property in Del Cerro Heights fell out of escrow and came back with a reduced price $731K. Has anyone see this? The pictures look rough but with that view and sq. footage, the price seems low (even for this day and age). Is there something really awful about it?

ParticipantHas anyone heard what the pricing is for the latest Derby Hill release? A friend thought they might all be canyon lots and really high ($1.5M+ without any upgrades).
There are two resales still on the market in Derby Hill: a FSBO Plan 1B for $1.299M (purchase price $1.148) and a Plan 2A for $1.59-1.69 (purchase price $1.84).
From everything I’ve heard, there still seems to be high demand for all models in Derby Hill. Pardee’s prices don’t seem to be softening.
