I spoke to a realtor today who said that there were much higher offers but the deal that “won” was all cash. It seems it’s hard to get a really good foreclosure deal without an all cash offer. Would you agree?

Does anyone know what the closing prices were on these? They were never on the MLS so they didn’t appear on the websites I check. The last closing in Avaron was on Jube Wright and I wanted to see if Avaron is stabilizing or still going down.
