Fact is, cleantech sector is very strong right now and it doesn’t look like that’s changing in the next year or so. Somebody looking for a job in hardware manufacturing will likely not find one in traditional places and about the only hiring going on is in solar. That’s just how it is.

I do think that the H1b visas need to be looked at more closely going forwards. There have been a lot of examples of abuse IMO.

One question. What kind of restrictions can be placed on the rev mtg with regard to purchase of the home by the heirs? Is there something that the lender can do to make it difficult to keep the house in the family?
