For the record, OJ did not give his money to friends. He started a C Corp a long time ago and set up a SELF DIRECTED 401 K PLAN for himself with a seperate EIN number. These PLANS and their respective assets are safe from judgments.

You can also take out loans against them when needed.

I did this flipping props over the past few years with no tax consequences, all the proceeds at close are wired to the 401K account.

1031 Exchanges are a joke compared to this strategy……as it (401K) also shelters your asset….
