I’ll say what a lot of people are thinking. You’re an elitist jackass.
I rarely name call but you really ticked me off with your comments.
I love SF and hope to retire or work there one day but right now there are better opportunities here for me. I particularly take notice of your comment to the lack of education that people have here. What numbers do you have to support this? If you hadn’t notice there is a huge population of blue collar worker and unskilled labor there. Many people are just trying to survive anyway they can. So you have insulted, with your comments, everyone, the educated San Diegans and the under educated. It isn’t easy to live here without an education and decent salary so I have no I idea where all your So Cal loathing comes from.
And another thing, all these people that you claim to have “culture” I have had conversations with them in wine bars and galleries and it was clear to me that many of them had no education and was living off of old money. There are educated people there also but they usually aren’t trying to “play the part”.
So saddle up your high horse and ride north.

I have to ask, what is the benefit in this. Even if the current home owners want to stay in the property for the next couple of years at some point aren’t they going to say “why the hell am I paying 400K for this house when its only worth 300K?”. At some point they will walk away anyway?!?
Sounds like good money after bad again to me.
