Let’s make bets and discuss at next meet up… #98219cashmanParticipantMy thoughts exactly, LA renter. I am an active trader, and was scared as hell to be in the market last week. All the technicals have broke down. I think there is a good chance either this monday or the monday after black friday will be a crash in the markets. The market has acted irrational for so long, we are way overdue for a significant drop.

cashmanParticipantIt’s the biggest no brainer in the history of mankind! Sell as fast as you can. It will be 10 percent lower per year for the next four years. That’s not just pocket change on that expensive a property. Price it aggresively, sell it and take the money and rent. End of story.

cashmanParticipantSo Daniel, you’d rather see the collapse of our financial system? What do you think happens to FDIC insurance if several big banks fail? I’ll give you a hint: kiss your assets goodbye.

cashmanParticipantJWM, it’s people like you that give this fine site a black eye. I’ve read your comments on many threads and you exhibit an arrogance and insensitivity that is second to none. I nominate you for Professor Piggington’s dunce cap.

cashmanParticipantI sympathize with you beachlover, as I have been bashed in a recent post here by JWM for simply voicing my frustrations as a renter. Seems like many of the people here (not all) rejoice in people’s misery and gloat when market conditions prove them right. And some feel offended by someone like me who was fortunate enough to sell and put their money in cash. I’ve learned in life that the little people are bothered and inwardly jealous of other peoples’ success, while the smart ones ask questions and learn from their accomplishments. Got a feeling you’re in the latter group.
