    Hey the SDR and sd …. r,

    A realtor mentioned to me that they thought May would be a telling sign as this is when the delay caused by the moratorium on foreclosures would catch up…meaning more homes would actually reach foreclosure and come on the market; is this the case?

    Thanks Para and TG for updates on the hospitals. Good to know they’re making strides.

    I’m getting some good referrals for tradesman from our home inspector that we really like. If anyone needs a home inspector, I fully would recommend CalSpec up there. Tim really is very thorough (spent about 5 hours at our place).

    Then you find one good guy and ask him for more referrals, so far that’s been working, but I think a thread on this would be a great idea CA R! Once we have some work done and are happy customers I will start one!

    Actually I noticed on Jim the Realtor’s blog that he actually has a spot where he recommends local guys for all types of stuff…so maybe we can have something here too….not sure if Rich would want that type of content, but at a minimum a thread would be a good idea.

    I think you have to be so careful who you use these days!

    I had a great inspector out at the property who I used in the past. I think he might be a great resource for referrals for tradesmen….so I’m starting there.
