Wow !! that is unbelievable .. the agent is the owner of the property, represented the buyer,.. never even tried to rent it out or live there and now is in a short sale. huh?

There has to be some type of legal or license type consequences for this type of fraud, I would think.

The address is 3401 Corte Brezo Carlsbad, CA 92009

What king of squirrely stuff is going on with this place? This is just over the hill from San Elijo Hills towards Encinitas.

It’s amazing how children can be so insightful and kind when young enough to know better. It reminds us that we should often try and put ourselves in the personal situation (i.e. living, commute, climate) and be thankful for what we do have, even if it’s only a perceived better situation. It’s been pretty gloomy in north county coastal lately.

I personally feel blessed to live in coastal north San Diego county. I know many who would love to own here but can’t afford it. I also admit to selfishly hoping property values stay flat and/or climb for good, but only because I am already in.

Unbelievable … I can’t believe that A&E would not do some sort of due diligence on a show like that. That guy looks like he’ll be heading to jail soon. Maybe COURT TV (or even A&E) can do a reality show on his trial.
