    The HOA is higher than some communities at $280, but Madison Lane does not have a MR. Total Tax Rate is 1.1% In addition the community is gated, which causes the HOA to be higher.

    Also the interest level has been great with 5 sales since the opening.

    We did build the Serramar project and over time those values will come back. The views at Serrmar are amazing and people love the central location.
