ParticipantI have been here since 2003 so I know the winters. The sun does shine in the winter, just not like Socal. Its owned by Mountain West Bank. I work within walking distance. Lots of offers in the low 5’s and 4’s but unable to close. I have no contingencies. Just wondering if it can go lower than $65 per sf…doubt it.
