ParticipantI just looked at the satellite imagery for this site and it looks like a level terrace of maybe 6,000 SqFt backing to the hillside overlooking I-15 as it makes its way south out of Mission Valley. You’re not getting any more lot utility out of that site. OTOH most people would probably like the view.
