As of today, what cracks me up on most listings is the price.
When the Chargers were doing well, one listing mentioned that people will move to San Diego because we had “great weather and a winning team”.
Another funny comment I heard: Prices in SEH will start going up once the Ralphs opens.

bubble_contagionParticipantI’ve driven the new 3-Series and the lastest Camry. The cars cannot even be compared. I am not saying that one is better than the other but they are made for different markets.
BTW I have the coveted and now rare S60R. It has an electronic suspension like the M5 and new M3. This suspension is perfect for San Diego’s crappy streets since you can make it soft when going over pot holes.

bubble_contagionParticipantEven Shiller says (with a big smirk on his face) that it is possible for house prices to start going up again. Not probable but possible…

bubble_contagionParticipantI just called US Bank and explained that my car is not worth tha same as new. They checked the Kelly Blue book and agreed to adjust the principal on the loan to it’s net present value. My payments are now almost half. If you or anybody you know could benefit from a similar arrangement call the bank, they are literaly giving money away.
This is what B.B. is telling the banks to do with home loans. Yeah right.
