What price range are you looking in?”

$167/Sq Ft. Not yet a steal. It may be a good deal @ 400K?

When I scan Craigslist, the only homes I read through are filtered with “Motivated” or “Price Reduced”.

There are lots of homes in Detroit, Chicago, Ohio etc., where cities are glad to give away homes if someone agrees to take good care. There is nothing to prove that may not happen to Temecula/IE.
