the place you are looking at is less than 900K.If both you and fiance are in highest tax bracket as you have stated, then your combine income is at least 600K/year.
You should have zero problem with affordability.lastly, if you don’t feel rich with combined income of $600K+/year, then maybe you should change your thinking.
