it is fine to rely on realtor. but as a buyer i will double check the realtor’s facts and info to the extent it is possible.

medicine cannot be completely outsourced. in fact only a small fraction can.

for that matter tech or mfg jobs cannot be completely outsourced.

salary of dentists is high compared to the fact there is little risk in those professions. they work 8-5 four days a week.

i should modify my comment. some of the tech companies are better off moving some or all of their engineering to Dallas.

it is a no-brainer to move tech companies to Dallas, Austin, Chicago, Detroit

lucent fell from 90 to 7 because their business was disappearing. The TDM networks were replaced by IP networks. Cisco was better at IP networks.

I can pay 300k for a SFR in mira mesa. it may or may not be overpriced. i would not mind. that would be a 50% fall from the peak.

it is cheaper to operate plant in TN.
they have mfg facilities in TN and MS

why should medical college begin at 22 ? Any reason why high school grads who meet the prerequistes be admitted ?

A PhD in engineering/sciences finishes school at age 28 and works for 70-100k salary.

if most people cannot afford a medical service at the current high rates there is no reason why the service should be at the current high rates ? logic is similar to houses. think about it. Take away insurance and govt intervention. See where things go.
