This is just one form of data, but as PadreBrian stated, the trend is down, which makes it newsworthy. What is equally important from Data Quick is the fact that in the mid/upper ranges, sales continue to be very weak.

You hit the nail on the head. SDRealtor, and a few others, act as if their word is golden….almost as if they are the Messiah’s of Real Estate. LOL SdRealtor is among the first to shoot down opinions he doesn’t agree with, yet he rarely offers data to bolster his own opinions when being critical of others. For example, SDR was quick to attack Mr. Mortgage, yet when challenged by another poster, SDR didn’t have all the facts to make such accusations. Its B.S. like that that can turn a forum into flames.
