    I love this comment in that La Jolla listing:

    Foreclosure auction scheduled 10/29/08 on 210k loan from 2005. But there are 14 total loans taken on the property since purchase. It will be nightmarish sorting through all this.

    Where did all of the money from those 14 loans go?
