The main house is about 3400 sq/ft and, as noted here, there are no (in my opinion)significant upgrades. There is a small separate house off the garage that is just. . .there. For a family like ours (2 kids) it w/b more desireable to have the footage in the house as opposed to separate property. And, it’s not like this property is low priced in an otherwise expensive neighborhood (i.e. Olivenhain). Pretty much all other similar properties are about the same price (or less) and those that are priced higher are (IMHO) pipe dreams. My $.02.

They have veto-proof majorities in Congress and own the white house but refuse to flex that muscle. 80+% of Americans are happy with their current health care plans. But we MUST change the plans. Cash for clunkers pulled demand forward and Sept. auto sales were so low that Chrysler & GM may need to file BK. You’re right though. Obama wants things done “regardless of merit”. Next time you’re at the Post Office think about how that “Hope” & Change” is working out for you. Or ask our boys in Afghanastan.
