wow…but not surprised. the other builder did the same thing – Viscaya comm. the former builder sold the remaining lots and the new builder is selling from the high 700’s to low 800’s. plan 2 are gone – believe plan 1 are still avail. wonder if the same situation will apply to Tiburon? localguy is correct about the Tiburon pricing… it’s still up there – but the homes and lots are nice. plse let me know if you have any more updates with the new/potential builder for Tiburon. i’d like to purchase these home (with lower price – i hope). thank you both for your input.
